1. This competition is offered by the WeDoCARE Association and is open to anyone with a Twitter account who is at least 18 years of age. Employees and agents of the WeDoCARE Association and/or its affiliated companies and family members of such employees are not eligible to enter.

2. The competition begins at 6 PM GMT Monday 24th of August and ends at 6 PM GMT Sunday 30th August.

3. The winner will be chosen at the end of the competition and announced a day after the closing of the contest by 6 PM GMT August 31st.

4. The Winner will be legible for a full complementary weekend in Trieste, Italy including airfares, lodging and full board for 3 days - the 5th, 6th and 7th of September 2009 (the "Complimentary Weekend").

5. The prize is not transferable to any other person except but the registered owners of the particular twitter account from which the entry was made. The dates and destination are not changeable.

6. The Winner will be announced by the WeDoCARE Association on its twitter account and website - the Winner must then make contact by email with the WeDoCARE Association to coordinate travel arrangements (the "Winner").

7. To enter the competition you must send out a tweet from your own Twitter account and include #wedocare in your message. The content of the message has to express "the Essence of Hospitality as you perceive it". Our judges will chose the most moving and/or effective tweet and declare it as the Winner.

8. You are welcome to tweet as many times as you like as long as the content of the tweet is different, we are after quality not quantity.

9. We will choose the wining tweet from all entries made within the period of the competition. We will then announce the winner from our twitter account (@werdocare_eu) as well as on our website www.wedocare.eu - please do check to see if you've won.

10. The Winner will be chosen by our team of three judges: Andrea Mariani the President of the Jewish Community of Trieste, Maria Nicoletta Gaida the President of the Glocal Forum Italy Foundation and Ron Fremder the Founder of WeDoCARE Association.

11. As a condition to be awarded the Complimentary Weekend, the Winner will be required to obtain, at his/her expense, valid travel insurance for the duration of the Complimentary Weekend. Furthermore, the Winner will be required to sign and execute a waiver of any and all claims against the WeDoCARE Association, its affiliates, its officers, its founders, and any of the judges in relation to the Complimentary Weekend.

11.2. Neither the WeDoCARE Association, its affiliates, its officers, its founders, or any of the judges nor its affiliated companies shall have any liability for (i) any technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (ii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; (iii) any delays or malfunctions at airports and airlines used for arrival to Italy, any problem to your health, damages to your belonging, changes that are not made up directly by WeDoCARE; or((iv) any restrictions or delays imposed by any authorities on travel or entry visa, or (v) any other liability of any kind towards or regarding the Winner in relation to the Complimentary Weekend.
